philosofical question about the drought in Somalia

Postby DR-YALAXOOW » Fri Jul 15, 2011 10:00 pm

The other day i was listening RADIO sweden waxay ka hadlayeen about food. every year food worth 5 billion dollars are wasted before even its reachs the customers. eatable good food had been wasted yearly worth more than 5 million dollar every year. 5 billion dollars could feed whole Somalia fully a 5 years.

so i started asking my self this philosofical question.

Somalia people are dying whit out food. sweden intay cuntadii ka badatay ayey 5 billion dollar cunto qiimaheeda ah ayey dukaamadeeda sanad waliba daadiyaan.

marka suaasheeyda waa sidan? this is not religios question laakiin waa suaal qof waliba is weydiin karto?
Why god almighty give 90% atheist people of sweden more food than they want to eat and 100% muslim somalis dying for luck of food?
of course allah had hes way of doing things, but did you ever ask yourself that question?

My answer i think its allah gave humans freewill. as long as humans what ever they are living on this planet muslims atheist christians voodisim all of them have their destiny in their own hands and allah will not intervene as long as they are living on this planet. and god allow humans to make their world better or like somalia hell on the earth.
so what do you think?

why ethiest sweden have more than they need to eat and somalis have nothing?

ops:-
iam muslim 100% so no personal attack

Sweden: Industrial society
Somalia: Non-Industrial society.....

Intaas aa laysku dhaafay. Meel waa meel dadkeedu ay maalleen caqligooda, xooggooda, iyo wixii tabar ahaa ee Eebbe siiyey. Halka Soomaaliya aan intaas QASAARINAY! Si ahaan marka aad u fiiriso, waxaad is-oranaysaa 1800s-kii meeshii ay Swedishku jooggeen ayaynu maanta joognaa inagu haddii aan Soomaali nahay. Illaahay markii aad la timaaddo dadaal iyo rabitaan, waa kuu fududeynayaa wixiii aad ku hamineysey inta adduunka aad joogto iyadoo Eebbe uusan eeggeyn kanaa Gaal ah iyo kanaa Muslim ah, waayo Naxariista GUUD EE ILLAAHAY WAA LOO SIMAN YAHYA..

There is nothing philosophical about draughts. It is a natural phenomenon that occurs.

Water, water.

I have a philosophical question to your "philosophical question"; tell us what is so philosophical

The same reason God almighty gave you the ability to post this nonsense while depriving another better Muslim the faculty to hear and speak, or see and walk or bedridden.

Ps..not a religious answer nor a philosophical answer but a common sense answer.

God largely does not intervene in the physical world.

The problem with Somalia is that its people have hands that are either clasped in prayer or holding a gun. The people of Sweden have hands that are toiling to build their county, that’s why they have food to spare and we don't.

so, let us see your logic; God punishes the weakest; somali nomads and farmers?

I don't see God in this argument; it is simply an issue of climate

illahi does not better a people's situation until they better themselves. We've been killing each other for decades, this was coming and perhaps might make us start acting like human beings in the future.

There's no "Free will"... Everything happens with the will of Allah and he has created this earth and time itself. Allah SWT is not bounded by his creation and time plus fate are things already set in stone. It was written.

Humans do not know what is written. This ignorance gives us the option to choose.

And in regards to your question, at the end of the day human beings must be responsible for their actions. We will never understand fate fully, but we do understand right from wrong. A country such as Somalia killed itself and destroyed its institutions to deal with a crisis such as the one we are witnessing.

For the people dying, it simply is there time and all you can do is pray for those who are passing away to be entered into jannah on the day of judgement and for the ones who are suffering to donate and spread the world.

illahi does not better a people's situation until they better themselves. We've been killing each other for decades, this was coming and perhaps might make us start acting like human beings in the future.
We have no recorded history:
The study said that some of the past major droughts appeared to be linked to a distinctive pattern of increases and reductions in surface temperatures of the Atlantic Ocean, known as the Atlantic multidecadal oscillation.

Typically over the last 3,000 years, a severe drought developed every 30 to 65 years, the researchers said. But several centuries-long droughts in the climate record, the most recent persisting from 1400 to around 1750, are harder to explain, they said.

Drought and associated heavy Monsoon over the indian subcontinent were both linked by changes in the surface temperature of the water surrounding the horn of africa. Higher sea surface temperature anomalies are known and also there is an observed higher ocean currents termed the Somali currents. The same mechanism is responsible for horn of africa droughts and the deadly monsoons that kill many people in india. Abnormal changes in ocean currents causes changes in air currents.

Current events

Worst Monsoon in 100years over india and pakistan occured in 2010.
worst drought in horn of africa from Tanzania to Eriteria 2011

Examination of tree rings gave a clear history of monsoon in asia over the last 700years. Now if there are really old trees in africa that can be sacrificed for scientific study we should be able to compare the relationship between Droughts and Monsoons.

Africa used to experience it's own monsoons from a similar mechanism that occured west of africa in the atlantic ocean which suddenly stopped 6000years ago around the same there was a sudden southward migration out of the sahara. Since the end of the African monsoons 6000 years ago the horn of africa has been experiencing droughts roughly about every 30years or so. Since earliest herders arrived in the horn of africa 5-8000 years ago somalis have survived to this day. War has made the somalis loose their drought resistance perhabs.
