Alhamdullilah, sharicatuul Islam is already being implemented in most of souther somalia, by the grace of Allah the most Gracious. We have gone through many stages and our final phase has arrived from democracy, too communism and tribal fiefdoms. Today we have not achieved sharia law persay in a perfect manner, it needs to be more just and we need to tweak more but all in all the base is there.

So you do agree that Al Shabab are not being just?
Yes, in some aspects I wholeheartedly disagree such as the execution of rape victims and rash decisions to stone thieves who probably were too poor and should be given amnesty. I'm not the inhumane monster this forum portrays me as.
Are you flip flopping again? If so that's good news.

btw grand, you have only yourself to blame for your monster-like persona. You should express yourself more clearly and be vocal in your criticisms of Al Shabab. I mean this is the first time since you last flipflopped that I've seen you say anything remotely negative about Al Shabab.

if Sharia was implemented how would you accommodate people such as:

Somali Christians/Agnostics/Whatever [Tiny minority, but they exist]
Somali liberals who wants to live the lifestyle they are living in qurbaha. Smokes, drinks, boyfriend/girlfriend etc
Women who want to wear jeans, no hijab etc. They have the individual right to wear what they want. Only God can judge them

We may all be Muslims [99% of us] but some people live a pretty liberal lifestyle whilst others are very religious. IMO, you have to accommodate all Somalis. An ethnic Somali who is indigenous of the land of Somalia should be able to live in his/her land as they please.

Another thing is, if Somalia got peaceful I guarantee you A LOT of Oromos will leave Ethiopia to come and live with us. Oromos generally prefer to be part of Somalia rather than part of Ethiopia. And even thou most are Muslims, many of them are also Orthodox Christians.

A lot of things to consider.

agreed on pretty much everything with you, exvept oromos. If they have it so bad in ethiopia while they are the majority ethnicity, then let them liberate their land. We wont allow them to burden somalia with their begging. We can however provide weapons and trainig for those that want to change their situation.

Oromos are our blood-brothers. We share the same ancestors and we are both part of the Cushtic family. They are good people. If they want to live with us they are free to do so

I don't think they will leave their lush lands for the barren landscapes of Somalia.

What will they leave behind? They have it horrible in Ethiopia at the moment so if Somalia became an escape exit for them I think they'd jump on it. Even thou they are a majority ethnic group, they are still hanging on for dear life under that oppressive regime.

I'd never turn my back on Oromos. They are welcome to live in Somalia in my opinion.

Obviously its all "ifs" and "buts". We still gotta sort ourselves out first.

By that i mean. If Somalia chooses Sharia law. Should cutting hands off and beheadings be allowed? let me remind you i mean all of Somalia including Puntland and Somaliland.

What is your opinon?

If you do not agree, then what is your suggestion or argument.

If you agree, then motivate your answer.

Lets start a meaningful discussion  :D
I guess where you stand on the issue is quiet clear. But i would have to say never, since Sharia Law is just about Cutting hands off and beheading.

If you were trying to be little be controversial, then you failed son, but i put my money on, too much exposure to western media

Cuttibg hands and beheading kuye.
