Bittersweet...I'm more than happy for the refugees, but at the same time disappointed we gotta rely on others to help us since we can't help ourselves. I look forward to a day where we're the ones making $50 million donations.

South Korea went from being an aid receiving nation to an aid giving nation, something that they are very proud of and always advertise. Inshallah we will follow that example.

Great news,....that is until that WFP/WHO bit was mentioned :? . United nations has already secured 100's of millions of dollars . Doesnt make them any more willing or able to help the neediest of needy in this famine, namely those IDP's still in somalia. Also, If the Saudi's, or any country for that matter were serious, or really gave two shits, they'd donated back in November 2010, before the "famine" began, to things like building of more wells. Generous.

lool you think these countries who want to help will trust sheikh shariif with the money   i dont think so, so thats not my worry but iam worried about the aid agencies i.e the un, unicef stealing the money for their personal use
