I became addicted to it and used to have at least 3 cups a day + energy drinks and I don't have any now.

The long term harm of caffeine is bigger than its daily kick. :down:

im a caffeine addict.

when fasting i dont get hungry, i dont get thirsty even though it summer here and above 40 degrees Celsius.

I have a continuos headache because of withdrawls, as soon as i have iftar i end it with a cup of tea and all is well.

Its not necessarly the coffee thing that is hard but stimulants in general. I go to work super early so I always have at least a 5 hour energy shot, red bull, coffee from starbucks or any other sort of stimulant. I always have to have something. I noticed when You're fasting, the hardest thing is not the food but not having those stimulants to wake You up. In the end though I believe its all mental and if You tell Yourself You cannot function without caffiene You won't function. Energy really comes from living a active lifestyle.
