I know women can be infested with qabil disease as much as men are, but I believe we'd be better off without mens egos getting in the way of a progressive Somalia.

There are times we should all exercise self control over our desires. Islamically wise there should be no female leading. Just like prayer we can't lead then how r we suppose to lead a whole country? Then there is issue of muxrums.

While I do think giving it to different gender will do make difference due to politial links to neighbouring countries, I'm sure qabill doesn't make any difference.
