Our Cultures is based on Unhealthy Competition and bragging for each other. It is not build on helping each other. It is all about Iskufaan iyo isliidid iyo Isxamasho. If a couple is poor and can't afford expensive cars or furnitures, the whole society goes gossiping and degrading them. No one wants to say, Hey, lets leave this couple alone if we are not gonna help them improve their situation.
So My question is, Would you rather leave your life as you can afford or care for what other people think about you? Does what other people think about you dictate on how you leave your life. Lets think through and discuss. remember the aroos and furniture are just example. It goes way more even in jobs, education, money, labis, you name it.
