The sovereignty of Somalia will not tolerate federalism. But for the time being we will continue to tolerate Somaliland and Puntland. The rest of Somalia would remain to be controlled by the central government

TFG won't build shit for you so get over it, and Sacad are too lazy to ever build a port or harbor even. Little unknown Majerteen villages have more sea trade and fishing activity than Hobyo. You can dream all you want but at the end of the day your clan goes to Bosaso to ship their goods.
