dreams are strange sometimes they are vivid and sometimes not. You can also dream about a friend or person you haven't seen or spoken too for a longtime for no reason.

Abu Hurayrah narrated Muhammad (S) said, "There are three types of dreams: a righteous dream which is glad tidings from Allah, the dream which causes sadness is from Shaitan, and a dream from the ramblings of the mind. (Sahih Muslim)

The world of dreams is just...subhanAllah sometimes very weird. When we sleep, is it possible for our Souls to travel in time and space?

One of the dreams I would never forget was of me dreaming of a cousin visiting us from a different country? He didn't tell anyone he was coming so there was no way of me having the slightest idea. One day I dreamt of him and when I woke up I was telling my sis about it....oddly enough the minute i finished he rang the door bell and it was him. I was like...whatever!!!
LOL. i don't think so.

here is my take on Dreams. When you dream, your brain is arranging all kinds of wakefully life and documenting the information is very relevant.

The way it does this is by recounting the mess of waking experiences and associating it with prior memories. The short term memory is usually dumped and the memories that are stored in the long memory are kept because they are coherent with important early memories., so what we usually do when we experience a dream is we take this free association of memories and construct a post hoc story around it.

ps: i don't think you fully comprehended the original post because i was referring to memories in a dream, but you had a general " weird" dream lol

I did understand what you wrote but i bypassed it ...lol but if i were to address what you wrote its either you stole something or thinking to steal  so which one is it? And by stealing it does not only mean getting your hands on money but anything that is not lawfully yours!!!

You ever realized u are dreaming in ur dream, one time I was betrayed by two lady friends of mine and I was in a gun battle shortly after, I'm taking cover behind a car when I suddenly realized I am dreaming, usually a person wakes up after the discovery but I was like at least let me go rambo on these nyggas before waking up

My nocturnal visions typically end in a carnal emission. A recurring dream that gets my penis wet is of an amorous tryst between myself and a Fatima in which during the intense romancing she brays like a donkey, soon turns into one and I find I can't get my ladypoker out because as everybody knows that has any barnyard experience donkeys have the tightest bussy. In you go and out you never can. So I had to scream for help in the embarassed hope that someone might pull me out but no sooner do I shout for assistance I realise that I will get laughed at for mounting a donkey: Ee-Aww, Ee-Aww.

Here is where the memory within a dream comes in. I stop myself shouting for help when a memory flashes into my skull that I've been here once before in this very same rear-mounting posture. I remember, in my dream, that I've had this befall me in the past.

My fascination here is not with the curious happenings of the dream for this one happens to be one of my tamer ones, but the fact that I can remember in my state of unconsciousness that I've done this before. I burn with humiliation for having exposed myself to the same imbroglio twice. Something tells me, akin to losing one's keys for the second time, that I should have learnt my lesson before I pulled down my knickers. Now what is this recollective power called?

Do we have any dream interpretors in the joint? Freud was handy, but the poor fish croaked and with him recently his talentless arty grandson Lucian Freud (whom God condemn) after many long years of plastering the universe with his third-rate wares. Good riddance! Now, does anyone know what this phenomenon is?
