If your refering to the treatment of anders breighvik the norwegian murderer. He has it real good. He has a liberary available for him. 1 hour a day he is outside. He works out 4 hours per day according to the news and he sleeps very good. That is the life in Norways prison.

Nope, that's the gym you put them in because the cells are all full, cheap bastards I might say, because you cant start a prison riot easily in this situation and then all hell looses and you get prisoners escaping and knocking down you door.
