Best news for landlocked Ethiopia's president. Not so good for the people of Ogadenia. Hopefully not bad news for Somaliland....it will all depend on the details of the agreement I guess. I heard they were planning to use Hobyo for a similar project ages ago. I wonder if this is a change of plan or was a coinciding one all a long.
