Yes, somewhere around that age, marrying in young age is good thing as it is has been mentioned many times in Imams/Sheikhs in Mosques. I also believe it is good thing to marry young because there's less likely that she has committed zina, and there's also less chance that she committed something very sinful. Being single at 20-21 makes you feel more desperate and more willing to commit zina because you can't hold your temptation.

The older you are, more you desperate you will be, therefore more likely you will have committed zina sin. 16 years Somali girls/boys doing "it" is quite unlikely, and last time I checked, this is increasing but it's still quite low, so low that every school/college that has ethnicity of Somali at 10-20%, you're going to at least see about 1, 2 or even 5 having committed zina sin, out of 100-300 Somali people. As you go to Uni, this number will go up to 20-30, or even 50 assuming the number of Somalis is the same.

Also, you don't have to have responsibility if you don't have babies. Also, you don't have to live together too.
