BlueNWhite,

Eedo now lives in Dubai and doesn't venture in often.

RovingMadness,

Warya, lets roll to that area. I promise to roll with you deep into any HG territory in Xamar.

Both you and Abdiwahab can kiss my Marehan feet and that is the bottom line. Ku lahaa "folks know my family" futo madoobe boy. The only thing we have known is your raging inferiority complex.

Look at the kid drawing me into his squabble    It speaks a lot about your complex.
  Armaad futo madoobe ka xanaaqday? Wallahi I have a healthy amount of respect for you AW. You are not this nobody kid suffering from the biggest inferiority complex. That was to show that guy the parameters with which he wants to showcase to me his lacking sense of importance is just that; lacking. No pun intended.

Abdi i am practically guaranteed a government job, right now why would i want to be an MP or assistant minister in xamar 10 to 20 years from now....

and i would only consider a real government, associating with the TFG is embarrassing and completely unprofessional.
in a future REAL government it would be sane to contemplate it, but now!!

politics is dirty by the wqay, i have no interest in a political career for the next 10 years inshallah.
I am planning to work in an NGO in somaliland soon within 2 years max...

Waa ninkii dihi jiray "areey kaartada Caydiid aa dhamaatay" when he and his ilk thought Ethiopia and Abdullahi Yusuf were only after Habar Gidir. Pay him and his new found pan-Hawiyism no attention. It is really inspiring, so you are really going to Dr Abdi's place?
I remember.

Yes, that's the plan, she's currently here and I'm working with my school to see if some intern work I have to do can be waved if I do it over there.

She's old & frail, but very determined and needs all the help she can get and I've been volunteering for her here for the past few months. Plan is to open up a few more feeding centers in Shalaambood, Janaale, Qoryooleey, etc. That's what her North America tour is all about, met with the Canadian premier last month, will meet with some congressmen in a few weeks, every penny counts. You should think about volunteering too.

Thanks AW, I was just checking if it was the same Maryan Cariif that I'm related to, and what you know it's her.

She's half Waceysle, weliba Macalin dhiblaawe, Maxamed Cadde, Muuse Cadde.

Last time I knew she was in Ontario Canada. Small world.
She's not half-Weceysle. Her older kids are. Her mother is Israafiil, Murusade and her father is Cabdalle, Murusade. She's my habaryar.

Her sister Hawo Ariif is in Toronto and so is Jamila Ariif.

AW

She's actually between Dubai, Xamar and Atlanta these days. Her daughter lives here and she's got permanent residency here.

Blue

I only know ayeeyo Muraayo and she was Israafiil, so that's probably why.

Sacdiyo is in Dubai taking care of ayeeyo Muraayo.

Do you know Hawo's kids? Shahrazad has been working in Xamar for about 4 years now, also takes care of the hotel there.

No I didn't know bro, thanks for the update. Last time I saw Jamila was like 10 years ago in Toronto. I think I will ask my dad about them because he keeps in touch with ayeeyo Fatumo in Ontario.

Cariif AUN left a lot of kids. MashaAllah.

Yes, its a big family. Reer Xiireey too.

Do you know C/Kariim from Toronto? He's in Edmonton now, married to a relative from my father's side.

At the end of the day, we are all related, sad we let foolish clan prejudices fog our minds.

Good to know. Are you also related to the family that used to own Hamdi restaurant in Atlanta? I believe they sold it.
