Progress is progress regardless of how it is acheived. As long as it is a lasting one that is all that matters. This was the prefect time to kick out Al Shabab and TFG have finally done it, hopefully those thugs will remain out. I wouldn't be surprised if the Djiboutian president has ulterior motives and is in it to further the interests of his own country because that is what presidents are supposed to do and to think that any president from any country is different is to be naive.
If what you are saying is true and the TFG still doesnt have much support then its neighbouring countries coming in and openly showing theirs is a welcome development.
