To reer Waqoyi, this leader of a country the size of Hargeysa is like a Soviet Czar. They practically worship him, they give him so much power and believe Djibouti itself is a superpower. The way they talk about the place you'd think they're describing Saudi Arabia or at least Morocco. I can understand why this would hurt them.
