Why would they even want to come back? Even if they were legally allowed to return, citizens would give them hell!.

I say yes, provided they are respectful. This is under the assumption that the state to be developed won't be an Islamic emirate.

For they’re sake NO, if their openly christains, it serves them no purpose to return back home, for the sheer fact that people will disown them not only that but be in solitaire confinement for the rest of their lives, it suits them well to stay where they have common grounds.

Their gaalnonimo is between them and God.

Apart from Somalia, the only other countries who are 100% Muslims are Saudi Arabia and Mauritian,

Alchemist: Here's a question. Say a group of Somalis convert to Christianity, and from this line of apostasy, you have 3-4 generations of Christian Somalis. Are they considered Ahlu-Kitaab? Or are they still considered apostates?

Also, can the leader execute an apostate, even if this apostasy occurred decades ago in a land far removed from the area he controls?

Ayan Hirsi is not only gaal but she has spouted insults against Somali culture and diinta as well.

Laakin, a quiet peaceful Atheist waa arin asaga iyo Ilaahi uu taalo. As long as he doesnt preach hate or hurt anyone, then Im cool with him living in Somalia.
