And why isn't it possible for shaytaan to become a believer

No i know the logic behind his Behaviour that he wants to take as many People to hell Because he refused to bow down for Adam cs first Man. And allah told all the angels Jins to bow down for Adam and he refused i wonder why he jeopardized all of that it was a simple Bow.
