lol I suggest you read some more about South Africa, you assume too much things. Whites still have a strong hold on the security apparatus. Besides that, the white citizens themselves are heavily armed and often organised in paramilitary groups, especially in the rural areas close to Zimbabwe and Mozambique where the tension between white and black is more visible.
