I have seen the video Seemeyer and I would not call that a torture! There are some "terrible" cultures in africa. In the sudan for instance, it was not uncommon for men to put a padlock on their wives private parts when they travel. In Papua, men have to push their willies into their anus and fix a cover In Kenya, some tribes remove three-6 teeth as a sign of circumcision.
