for reer Mogadishu. All these heshiis between the TFG and the regional governments are useless and will not benefit the people of Mogadishu in anyway. Mogadishu needs peace and nothing can guarantee that better than a home grown well established and well funded troops. This is a news worth celebrating.

Very good news. creating more military training facilities, will lessen the dependence on Uganda and aids ababa aswell as other negro states for the training of our armed forces. It will also strengthen the security of the country through having well trained homegrown soldiers loyal to the state and not individual ex warlords.
