I believe some of the comments in this topics re-inforce my position that Somalis as a whole save a few, have this preconceived notion that they can figure someone's school of thought and his collection of opinion based on his tribal affiliation.

I specifically mentioned in my initial post:

It includes both his postive and negative impacts by scrutinizing his actions from a neutral point of view.

For those who have trouble deciphering this crucial point; it means that the book will be free from the unsubstantiated 'facts' that has been circulating the minds of many Somalis since the inception of the Somali civil war.

It will only look at substantiated events and detail them, leaving it to the reader to decide what to make of it.

I have gone the extra effort, on dodging oral history and the countless versions that each Somali group has formulated, and made sure I referenced the points in the book based on the written records dating from that period.

I thought someone else wrote this book since the name registered in your site according to alexa carries a name different that the one on the cover of the book. Anyhow, if the two names are of the same person and that is you, congratulations mate on the book and would it only be sold in the UK?

Warsame101 has done an invaluable contribution to the Somali Nation and all those who care about its history and politics with this coup of a book. He has been on the project for couple years now and has had massive first person sourcing from many members of that era from across qabiils and many of whom you guys would be surprised to find in the book as a direct source. Good job Warsame, the Somali Youth salutes your priceless and timely contribution to the Somali Nation.   :som:
