Whatever motivates sex-workers is immaterial, the reality is they will continue to do what they do why not be educate them about safety? Makes imminent sense to me. The risk of STDs is too great to be left to prudes.

Prostitution comes in many forms, and I think one who does it willingly is by far the smallest amount.
