Meh... I only know a few in west... Not north. But I know the fact that how religious are the Somalis plays in part of how easy is it to hit on females.

I think the most religious Somalis are in that order:

East

West

North

But, I've fully never been to South, but as of now, I put them at bottom of lowest. I think you do have good fighting chance to hit on those ladies at North London.
