No. But it's pretty safe. Besides, you're a Somali, if you carried a weapon there's a good chance you'd shoot yourself by accident. Somalis are real good about weapons safety.

And I won't be heading to Kuala Lampur. You can fine me in Isan.

You can find work there if you have a degree. Recommend you learn how to speak Malay if you're serious. KL is a very cosmopolitan city.

Why the hell would i want to learn Malay. I don;t plan to live there forever..Besides, don't they conduct business in English?

They do, and you could work in English. BUT, if you are living someplace it's always better to speak the local language. At least I think so. I would hate living here if I couldn't communicate with people.
