Destiny is part of the aqiidah. So Allah swt knows of our deeds, when we will die and if we are going to paradise or hell. He is the Allknower.

You can ponder about it but the answers should be based on Qur'aan and Sunnah.

Those who despair in the mercy of Allah SWT are in grave danger. This is because despair is the opposite to Rajja or hope and having rajja in Allah SWT is one of the many ways of worshipping him. If you despair, you are deny one of the acts of worship that are meant for Allah SWT. Would you forsake prayer just because you think you might be going to hell? On the contrary, you would pray more and do more good deeds.

People go to jannah by Allah's mercy, not by their own deeds. So do good deeds, stay away from sin and beg Allah SWT to have mercy on you.
