Its as if the Norweigan,Danish & Swedish media & goverment have become anti Meles zenawi. Wallahi Sweden is covering on Ogaden, the oil companies, the "100 year" struggle of Somali indipendence in Ogaden. They are also covering how Zenawi is usIng Swedish aid money to kill Somalis & other miniorities in the country. A trial will start tommorow involving the 2 Swedish journalists caught by the Ethiopian regime when they were reporting on the Situation in Ogaden.

As you mentioned its all due to the two journalist being held hostages coupled with the ever increasing population of the Somali people of whome they could use their votes come election time.

Scandinavia has a well organised community who have mounted a campaign against Meles for years with the rest of Europe. Its difficult to get the media's attention for a conflict in which Sweden and Scandinavia are far out of sight from however once shown that there country is playing a role or there citizens are caught up in a situation there then the focus comes, this is nature of the Media they will release what there viewers will find interesting and that's why campaigners must look for the "interest factor" and relevance when dealing with the Media. Two Swedish Journalist are in the Ogaden and haven't faced trial there scheduled to be tried under Ethiopia's draconian Terrorism Law which is Meles Zenawi special weapon when in need to get rid of an opposition party or figure, there are oil companies from Scandinavia who have previously been involved or continue that involvement in the Ogaden with high ranking public officials such as Carld Bildt previously sitting on there board, and Swedish/Scandinavian/E.U aid money which is paid to Ethiopia has been reported by human rights organisations across the board as a weapon of suppression, misused to bolster the regime. These issues highlight the media attention surrounding the Ogaden, whats happening in the Ogaden has suddenly become relevant in that part of the World. The Ogaden-Somali communities should be commended for there efforts, they have taken the case of the two Swedish journalist as there own to highlight the widespread abuse in the Ogaden. There constant protest pushed the case in the media, whereas the rogue Carl Bildt wanted the situation handled quietly.

Zenawi the dictator is been undressed.
