Isaaq lived in liverpool for almost 100 years,and guessing by their names i could say their mothers are somali and not their fathers.

Actually their fathers are somali and their mothers are white. They are children of seamen. Somali women made it to the UK in the 70's. However the seamen were in the UK from the 1860's.
P.S They were not only isaaq, they were from the British protctorate, many of them were warsangeli, harti, some gadabursi etc

A/wahab, I heard african american woman had a lot of somali gusbands who moved there in the 60s and 70s. It's why a lot of AAs look a bit somali (namely Nas and Pdiddy)

Yep. My nephew's math teacher claimed he was half Somali. His papa was in the States in the late seventies, knocked up his mom and took off. The guy's last name is very somali so kudos to his momma for not changing it.
