Glass Ceiling Discrimination

Postby caburiye1 » Sun Nov 13, 2011 5:29 pm

If you don't believe in Glass Ceiling Discrimination In America, Wait till you graduate and start trying to climp through the corporate ladder. Wait till you start becoming a threat to the wait people around that you also want to be a supervisor, a manager, etc like anyone else. Wait till you see all the students that you used to be in class with them and you used to help with maths and papers tell you they already have higher position jobs line up for them before they even graduate.

If you just work as a staff member, a production employee, work in the retail stores, You won't know this. Only black graduates who start competiting with white people for positions that has always been held by them only would know this.

Unless you talk about which football team you support or where you play golf, good luck.
