Your problem is you continue to ascribe to some sort of Manichean view of Islamist parties. There is great diversity and grey areas between them and the vast majority who contest elections have matured politically across the region. This view of gun wielding frothing lunatics, is one that has been defeated over and over again. I remember the AKP scaremongering when they first took power and almost none of it has come to fruition. Ditto with Ennahda and ditto with the MB in Egypt/Syria.

Well I have no problem with these so called "isalmist" parties so long as they continue to support the separation of mosque and state and don't try to force shariah law down everybodys throat.

I don't understand the point of "votes" or "democracy" when might has always meant right.
In an ideal world, your political enemies would be blind folded and sent before the firing squads

Fuck Ehnahda, why are they participating in the kaafir concept of democracy? Inshallah they will lift some oppressive bans like hijab.
Grandpakhalif, the only true Islamist on this forum.
Did you know that Ehnanada rejects the Qu'ran and shariah as a source of legislation?
Do you know Ehnahda has vowed to not ban alcohol and will not enforce hijab regulations?
Do you know that Ehnahda wants to work under democracy, which you consider a "kaafir concept"
Can such a party ever be considered Islamist in anything but name only?

This is far from Islam, if this is indeed true, they are no different than Republicans who claim to be 'evangelists'

The official opposition has been greatly perturbed with Turkey turning towards a foreign policy that considers Middle East affairs more closely than European. They are on record denouncing Davotuglu's strategies towards engaging their Arab neighbours and felt they should continue their Euro focused foreign policy pre AKP. Now I will contend that "securalists" aren't a homogeneous bloc, as you are presenting them, and some do oppose EU secession but that is NOT the position of the major "secularist" parties. BTW even though the AKP is still offically considering E.U. membership its hardly a key priority. The Eurozone might not even exist 5 years down the line but thats another story.

If Somalinet had an election, union would run on a coalition platform with Grandpa opposing whoever is the AKP equivalent
It's shocking that he is consulting with grandpa to solidfy his own political understandings. It seems he has more in common with him than he realizes

I'm trying to deprive Enhanda of political support. The secular parties of Tunisia should hire me as a consultant.

How can you claim to be an 'islamist' party when you're contradicting the very fundamentals of Islam? Islam drafts its rules and Laws from the Quran and Sunnah, whilst the AKP and Enahdaa, are forced to use man-made constitutions which super-cede the Quran and Sunnah. They only use the religion as a leeway to enter into power and to appease the disgruntled muslims, its just petty lip service.

I'm a Fascist at heart.
Our program is simple: we wish to govern Somalia. They ask us for programs but there are already too many. It is not programs that are wanting for the salvation of Somalia but men and will power.
