I do not think there's anyone here who's more of a fan of LTR than I, I remember when the first one came out and hooyo wouldn't give money so me and a friend caught a chicken off a tree and sold it to a Mexican family for $20 walahi, then we saw the movie

I'm not excited by the hobit, just not the same with out aragon, legolas, samwise, and frodo

besides bilbo baggins was so freakin timid in the book, always complaining, whining, and regretting ever leaving the shire. The ring hardly had a major affect on him, and the dark lord Sauron is not in there. There biggest villains are some goblins in a mine mountain, and a dragon.
