Their is nothing wrong with networking with people of your kind as long as it does not lead to injustice, insults, and demeaning of other tribes. If you use the service to connect, communiate, etc much benefit can be derived.
The tribe has many benefits, such as Qaaran aruuris when someone is in need, or has financial problems, etc. Just dont do go raising money for tribal militia, or favor a brother from another because of tribalism. Justice and fairness is the basis of Islam, but don't let running away from tribalism lead you to sever ties of kinship with your relatives and tribe. Also you need to understand tribalism to understand the Somali people, your own people if you one day hope to go back and do something. You need to learn your abtiris and who your forefathers, etc for historical reasons. Sadly a lot of the new kids born raised on baby formula neither know their abtiris or even the Somali language.
