Listen if someone says they are Muslim the rest is between them and Allah we can not know if what we say is any better than what they say till judgement day. Why dont you just leave it to Allah.So, it's a minor stuff if a Muslim states the Quran has been modified, an imam can be infallible, prophet Muhammad (Pbuh) wasn't the last prophet, etc?What i mean is if you are a Muslim the rest is minor stuff so we cant say one sect is better than another.

Because thats not in of the rules to be a Muslim. In the Shahada it says Muhammed is his prophet not his last prophet."khaataman nabiyeen"... how can anyone reject that, and still claim to be Muslim? Every Muslim knows what this means.
There are other "Muslims." For instance, the Submitters believe Rashad Khalifa was the last nabi. The Ahmadiyya (aka Qadiani) believe Mirza Ghulam to be the last nabi.
