I don't think qatari women play any sport as somali girls do ,{ which is already a few} for cultural reasons . Money has nothing to do with it in this case .
If and when a sport is widely played in a country , then the ability to train regurlarly , the number of facilities , the money and all that shit makes the difference , not here .

Dude, Somali bantus are marginalized in our society and they havent got the point where they know female basketball...I know a lot of Somali bantus in my city and they are very conservative
