And that survey about Ethiopians was taken DEEP in the countryside not Addis and other areas where people attend schools. You do know that guy who came up with that thesis is facing a humongous back lash for his racially motive poor research. I think the Ethiopian parents of these kids are on average more educated than the Somali parents of the kids .

Foreign students have a drive due to their family displacement back home, whilst most american students don't have any worries. Somalis here in columbus majority of Somali students are in honour societies, Esply freshies tend to exceed those that have been here for a while.

don't compare Somalis with African Americans. Africans Americans come to college to sell dope, and talk to white girls, and get free internet access. Somalis enroll in the hardest majors such as engineering, medical, and computer science majors in college while african american students tend drop out or enroll in easy vocational certificate programs such as barber shop, chef, music or sport or entertainment.
the only black ppl in high math are either Somalis or other East African immigrants.
the problem is, African American parents will never blame their children, they blame the teachers, or the government for not making their kids learn something, while Somali parents will blame their kids and beat them.
