You right, Puntland should have stick to its denunciation of Sh. Sharif when he was illegally selected in Djibouti by an expanded TFG parliament thanks to the then bias and corrupt UN special representative of Somalia Ould-Abdallah. In any case the opportunity for Puntland to correct Ould-Abdallah's doing's and reform the TFG and its parliament of 550 MPs is here.
