The point, archery and horseriding, adapted to modern warfare, can be employed. Insurgencies such as the Taliban and al-Shabaab employ both. So, don't ridicule the prophet's (pbuh) advice and recommendation.

Dude, no one implied you only need those two to win a war. Those two can be employed and are efficient in certain situations, especially by small teams, special forces, commandos, etc.
