I don't think Suarez is a racist, he's just dumb. The term he used against Evra is common in Uruguay and is not meant to offend people of African descent, of course what he should have realized is that using terms like "negrito" will get you in trouble in different cultures.

John terry's case was from a complaint by a viewer so his is a criminal charge not a sporting related one. Suarez was complained to via Evra so it was a football related one, Suarez apparently said Negro and Negrito 10 times and is saying he didn't mean it like that
