The constitution or The Kampala Accord

Postby zingii » Sat Dec 24, 2011 12:48 pm

Which is stronger and has more of a saying than the other?

Ninkan waa in dalka laga qabtaa, sharciga dalka u yaalna loo tiigsadaa sida ay suubsheen mudanayaasha baarlamaanka.

Kampala accord iyo dastuurka dalka kee baa adag?

Image

Mudanayaasha baarlamaanka dastuurka dalka bay u tiigsadeen oo ku casileen balse waakan isaguna cuskanaya heshiiskii kampala.

markale aan idin waydiiyee keebaa awood badan?

The whole thing is absurd and funny if not extremely sad. They can disrespect each other all they want but they all should at least respect the system which they are trying to rebuild. The Speaker was dethrone (if you like) by a majority...it is only right that he should accept it and step down. What the MPs did was probably wrong but how does one justify reinstating someone who was voted out by a majority in a no-confidence vote? I think it is outrageous to do that even if what the MPs did was wrong. It is damaging to a system which is almost barely working. I don't really follow their politics these days but this has to be the stupidest roadblock in TFG history.

The constitution or the Kampala accord? The Constitution ofcourse....although I'd be stuck if you asked which constitution... :|
