Mine is to fight my nomadic genes and gain 20pounds

Sharing goals creates a mild sense of achievement, resulting in the lowering of desire to accomplish said goal.

Therefore...

My goal is to not not get a gym membership, read 10 books, and get rid of specific hindrances in life.



Take that, universe.

Get up in the morning, go straight on the internet (Snet, FB, Youtube etc), after 2 - 3 hours of trolling, go to the fridge and get that frozen pizza from the weekend + the diet coke and get back on the internet. When I get hungry around 2 pm, go back to the fridge & get that last slice of pizza and the whole bottle of coke & resume trolling from there for another 5 or 6 hours non-stop. Check the time, it's 11 pm. Try to get up & realize you're jet-lagged like someone who was on a 15 hour non-stop flight & start pinching & slapping your legs for another 20 minutes to half an hour. Drag yourself to the bathroom and go to bed midnight feeling like shit.

Doing that in the next 12 months.
