I want to make it known that it is impossible to know who breaks a rule, when posts and threads disappear. This may occur for particular users again and again (since there won't be any maximum amount of strikes), but it won't be known once the infraction disappears. This is a flaw I feel needs to be fixed. Though, I'm not sure how.
