At the end of the day, Islam shapes my principles, not Western ideology. I'm not saying something is qasab cuz it's halal, I'm just saying it's beyond reproach and we have to respect it.

At the end of the day, Islam shapes my principles, not Western ideology. I'm not saying something is qasab cuz it's halal, I'm just saying it's beyond reproach and we have to respect it.

I suppose life is simpler that way and you're entitled to that view. But at some point, I believe common sense/reason(not western ideology) should take priority.
