Xamar has every Somali on the planet wanting to invest there. Of course it will have more investment. I want to see pics of infrastructure and not private investment. When Hamar starts rebuilding roads etc let us know
I'm sorry but Hargeisa either looks better then Xamar or looks the same. Hargeisa is on a another level for a city with no help from the outside world, just the people doing their thang.

Let's not kid ourselves, Hargeisa and xamar both have potential but at the moment every somali "city" looks like a shithole. Even other african cities are lightyears ahead in terms of infrastructure and development. They only way things will change is if Hargeisa and mogadishu have viable economies.
