girl you gotta commit. are you trying to bulk up or just to tone up?Horta how do you gain more muscles, I lift weight here and there, but nothing, no results.
Wallahi what I'm saying is 100% truth. I weighed myself in my eedo's apartment one day and i was 220... stalk my fb pictures and see how FAT my face looked compared to now, it has shrunk a little bit

yep, great strategy... burn more than what you take inrunning 2 miles, doing hundreds of crunches, sit-ups are virtually useless when it comes to losing belly fat, the trick is burning more calories than you eat .. simple as that, most people don't know but developing your abdominal muscles is relatively easy; the hard part is getting your body fat low enough so that you can see them and that is where burning calories come in
