Thats how I shed 40 pounds, exact routine!Try to do less complex carbs (starches like bread, rice, etc.) and more non complex carbs (greens). If You do complex carbs make sure it is whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat, oatmeal (very good). ABSOLUTELY stay away from Soda and even with sports drink try to do the '0s like gatorade G2, powerade zero, vitamin water zero etc. The normal sports drinks are fine but they are meant for post workout not casual drinking.
As for Your workouts try to do 4 days of cardio, 3 days of lifting weights. Make sure You do Your lifting before cardio. Don't listen to those idiots that think You can lose weight without building up some muscle tone lest You become like those Somalis that have skinny bodies, and a nasty gut. With Your cardio don't take any shortcuts and try to push Yourself. Sprint for like 5 minutes allout then jog for 5, sprint for 5 and then jog. Your heart rate will go crazy and Your shirt will be fashaq when You're done. If You play basketball that is actually the most ideal but You have to play hard not just standing around. depends on your height mate.200 pounds is a good weight, its 90 kg thats good man.
