200 - 40 is 160 pounds which 72kg, this is not the weight of a grown man above 25, is not even ideal for a short guy, i was 75kg when i was 17 years old.depends on your height mate.200 pounds is a good weight, its 90 kg thats good man.
If you are below 6 ft then its classified as being overweight and obesse.

Patriot can you rock climb or rope climb ?? i'm 200 pounds right now and i can climb rope easily, i think anything above or below that weight is not good for a man.

It's not the losing the weight that's so difficult, it's the 'watching yourself' afterwards that gets a bit annoying.

Wallahi I've seen it happen on several unrelated ocassions. When I say muscular I don't mean ripped muscle with veins sticking out because that just being unrealistic. Just being big. You can't turn fat in to muscle. It's impossible because of their anatomical structure.
You can tone your body though, eliminating as much fat cells as possible and bulking up your muscles in their place.
Being 200 lbs is pointless if your body's fat % is high. That's being overweight or even obese.
