i support family planning, i actually hold a very extreme stand similar to China/India as i prefer the Somali nuclear family to consist of 2-3 children and their parents, but i am against the unregulated arbitrary handing out of condoms as it may lead to premarital sex becoming a trend. In a country like Somalia where condoms are not readily available the youth should not be exposed to anything that could give them an incentive to have premarital sex, this is how HIV/Aids spread. Family planning is viable economic option, irreversible Aids epidemic is not.
