No. It doesn't seem fathomable under the current regime. The three organs of government are all lead by opportunist men whose only goal is to grab as much money as they can get their paws on.

You need to get men who are committed to the cause not a Usurper who only 6 years ago was cutting giving young boys A-4 papers (diplomas that guaranteed them entrance to heaven) and sending them off to die in battle fields to fight the very entity he now leads. Then there is the livestock trader who has turned the entire parliament into a cattle market where the entire nation's alleged representatives are all for sale/rent. The courts, forget them !

This peace is an artificial one built on no solid foundation. AS defeated themselves by growing out of touch with the people, becoming more brutal and extreme, denying the people international aid and infighting.

The TFG can't even reign in their militias who are unpaid, angry and praying on the innocents.
