what is thooq in somali?

ex. in sentence: thooqa deedaya
Dooq = choice/type

for instance lets say a friend of urs asks your opininon on a girl that walked past the two of you. If it happens that you werent feelin her, then your answer would be "she aint my type". :mrgreen:

hmm, but in arabic has more than that. is little strong than "type"

for example depends in the sentences, thooqa saleem ma ba ogola= qofka qoman /akhlaqda quman ma aha.

some times could use it: as a class/ wan iskala weynahay. ooh never mind.

I know what you mean, as you pointed out the arabic and the somali versions are stronger and have more meaning to them. Also my limited knowledge of the english language could be at fault.

lol i dont think so, is for people go go zillion on religion over night who want to keep their habit but legalize it!!
