Motion:Mods banning people - transparency and accountability

This board should have a sticky for when people are banned, displaying who was banned, when, by whom and for what reason.
This current process is untennable and is open to abuse. Action needs to be taken.

This is what? the 6th topic regarding this banning all topics made under 1 hour.
Stop creating topics like this all the time. I f someone break the rules, he gets a warning. And then banning. Stop opening topics after topics about the same subject.
