Shirib if one wants to have an extravagant wedding like that, he/she needs to be smart about everything that they r doing. For example, I'm planning to rent my dress inshallah. What's the use of buying a dress that you will wear only one night!!! Doqonimo hooyadeed Iyo aabaheed tan samaysaa sidaas!! Teeda kale, I would have a buffet style type of dinner because serving and ordering extremely nice dishes r hella expesive. I would ask really good cooks in my family and friends to make their best dishes and tell them to make American desserts!!! Etc. Who says one cant have a nice wedding?? You just got to know who to hire...connections r important as well. For example, I'm related and have ties with several singers!!! Go figure

People who hate me? You must be kidding, family and friends and qaraabo now hate me? Most of the people at my wedding would be relatives. I wanted me and my future hubby (months after we marry, so kinda like straight away) to go to a rich Arab gulf state, work there for like 3 years, they don't have taxes. We would save crazy money there, and they provide accommodation and all of that. My friend saved $10,000 from 6months of work. We combine our wealth and start business in Africa. So, tbh, even if I had a wedding, it wouldn't be a problem.
