WTF Experience with an Ethiopian at work

Postby Cinque Mtume » Sat Feb 18, 2012 9:24 am

I was talking to this middle aged Ethiopian guy at work who is a cleaner and we were chatting, nothing important, just talking, and then we start talking about Somalia and Ethiopia and he asks how I feel about my country not having normalcy after 20 years still.. I couldn't answer and froze and he noticed that the question really got to me, then dude starts bursting into tears and says: Somalia! Oh Somalia!!!

At first I was like TF? But before I knew it, tears were coming down my cheeks man damn, dude really created an emotionally explosive moment.. and he kept saying: you Somali people are so strong!!

My white colleagues were looking at us like what the hell is going on, then the Ethiopian guy explained how Somalia is still fucked after 20 years strong and two chicks at work (one smoking hot and the other meh) jump on me and squeeze me and start crying too

Dude you had to shed real tears while the Ethiopian was shedding crocodile tears.

Never thing an Ethiopian loves Somalia. They hate somalis but are very deceptive with their mannerism.

If an Ethiopian starts discussing politics then you need to extract infro from him before further discussing.
like his ethnic background, political inclination e.t.c.

I wasn't really crying man, he was the one crying like a baby

You're right though, normally I don't discuss these matters with an ethiopian and the reason I don't ask their ethnicity or anything is because I don't give a fuck about Ethiopia, there is nothing in that country that interests me and I never had the slight desire to visit the place unlike Yemen and Kenya, two fascinating neighbouring countries.

Ethiopia is a good place to visit better than yemen.

The Ethios unlike somalis tend to be introverts.

All Ethios are not the same you just need to separate the hyenas from the sheep.
never blame the sheep.
